I do a 3 minute walk and 30-40 second semi- sprint around 8 rounds a few times a week .Is this HIIT? If my goal is fat loss should I do this before lifting or after?
Why is this becoming a huge concern? No one should rely on HIIT to achieve fat loss, should be using your diet to do so. HIIT is there to fix any “damage” you may have done…With that being said HIIT before is ideal at least 20-30 minutes.

In theory, HIIT before is better. But my experience says that HIIT after is better because it is hard to do a strenuous workout if I have the desire to puke all the time, lol.
