Keifer says it is best to do your HIIT before resistance training, but he doesn't say how long before.I read him saying 1 hour on an article, but that was an oldie. Is that what he still recommends?  If so could you do your HIIT in the morning and then resistance train in the late afternoon or evening and still get the testosterone boost?Or could that gap be shortened to 20 minutes, so you could do it in one workout?

Up to an hour, I am assuming between 30-60 minutes. So yes.

That's also how he stated the PWO wait before nutrition in the recent Supplement Blackbook PDF, and (near as I can tell?) he actually meant one full hour.Sometimes an author assumes the reader knows what he (the author) is thinking. And that's not always the case. ???
