This has probably been brought up many times but due to my poor computer skills, I can't find it…Anyway... On days when I do HIIT/core and a weight workout, which one should I do 1st and why? On occasion, I'll do one in the morning and one in the afternoon. When I have more time in the afternoon, I will do them one after another.Just want to make sure I'm not go to sabotage my progress.Thanks for the help!
