HIIT Shockwave and PWO question

    Hey Everyone,Quick question...I've been adding in a HIIT session around noon (or at least an hour before resistance training) and then my regular SW split around 4-5pm.  What should I plan for PWO after my HITT?  Just normal lunch? Carbs or no carbs?Thanks for your insight!!Rob

    +1 A shake sans carbs wouldn't hurt, but...I would eat a whole food meal
