    Okay so guys I just left the gym and I've been off for about 2 days and I really wanted to get my dead lift up so I normally deadllift 396 for a single rep using shockwave and I weigh 180 not terrible so today I came off two rest days of back loading and I put up 545 for 1×1 I don't know how this happened but Kiefer I love you !

    A 150lb PR is awesome but that might be a combination of technical improvement along with nutrition. And a “396lb” lift leads me to believe you use kilogram plates so maybe you just underestimated how much you've been lifting the whole time! LOL

    Thanks guys ill try to get a video up next week my gyms just a little up tight about cameras while people lift. Also I backloaded about 500-600g for two days I used mostly sweet potatoes and glutinous rice, I mean besides 1 or 2 grilled cheeses.

    I just went three the shockwave template in order but I usually do back after an ulc day and this was a double backload with about 30 grams of creatine each day

    OK cool. These are great results. Did you only just start the creatine dosing or were you already taking it?

    I was already on creatine 10g a day but I upped it for the backloads and well wahlaaa! Hahaha
