I'm 23, 220 pounds, 19% body fat (measured in October), 178cm.Been aiming to get a chiseled physique since I was 15 but one diet after another didn't do me much good.In 2011, I started on leangains. Saw massive gains in the gym but again, fat was just not dropping off. Improper guidance and a improper schedule were all part of the blame. Apart from my addiction to bacon. I bought and read CBL 5 weeks ago. Tried it without a prep phase for 3 weeks, saw changes in a short time. Then came new years and christmas. So now I'm on the 10 day reorientation. Also bought CNS.The plan is to do CNS until I can actually see my abs (hopefully by May/June), and then do CBL for the longer term. Fingers crossed this works. I've ironed out a training plan, meal plan. Will do pictures and a log etc. Hopefully you guys don't get annoyed when I ask my million and one questions haha.CheersSamuel

Yeah looks good man! I can see you reaching your goals very soon with this sort of dedication and planning.Quick tip for seeing your abs sooner, weighted abs! Weighted decline crunches, weight rope crunches and hanging leg raises. Those fuckers will come out quicker than mindless situps.
