So, I have the Shockwave 1.4 pdf, and I have one question.On chest and bi day, it has for the U program pulldowns and triceps rope pushdown, which are back and tricep workouts.On shoulders and tri day it has for the U program standing dumbell concentration curls, which is a biceps workout.And finally, on back day it has dumbell bench press for the U program, which is a chest workout.Are these misprints, or is this a planned variation to mix the days up?I apologize if this is a completely stupid question. It's not my first and surely won't be my last.
