Like I said in another thread, I do basically one big meal that's ~1700-1800kcal.Something like 100-120g protein, 300g carbs, and ~30-50g fat... ish.It's lift, 30-45 min later PWO shake while I'm cooking chicken and rice. A handful of dried mango while cooking also. Eat the chicken/rice, about 15-20 min later, have a giant bowl of rice puff cereal with some GF cookies and goat milk, about 15-30 min after that, some sort of treat. Sometimes ice cream, sometimes more cereal, currently it's christmas cookies since they're still lingering around.
