The junkier the carbs, the better I look & feel the next day.

Do you start the CN that way or just go for the junkier stuff later on?

A good carb night results in my heart racing the night of, and a mammoth bowel movement the day after.  “Clean” is a relative term when discussing treats, but I do best with gluten-free options.

What are your favorites?  I had great success starting off Carb Nite with some rice krispy treats and bowls of fruity pebbles.  Aside from my wife thinking I'm an even bigger moron than before, it reaped huge benefits.

Yesterday's CN started with homemade rice krispy treats, and some pancakes and cookies made from gluten-free flours (blends of potato, tapioca and rice starches).  I would just buy RK treats, but I like to make my own with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, heath crunch, etcetera.

I like starting my CNs with sticky rice because it's clean and mixes/tastes awesome with basically everything.  This coming Saturday I might even try making coconut sticky rice.

Regarding the dreams on Carb Nite, I have been having some crazy-ass truly frightening dreams on ULC nites as well, ever since I started this program. Make me kinda scared to go to sleep.  :-

Male:  If you wake up the next morning with a woody that could cut diamond.Female:  No idea.

@JonIf I've just worked out, dextrose + shake, if not I will hit the doughnuts... Hey, they're low-er fat than ice cream right?I've really tried to eat low fat stuff, but it just doesn't work for me.

Tonight I've tried not to be so concerned about what I'm eating and if it's the right point in the CN for it, basically I'm trying not to over-think it.  It hasn't necessarily been high fat the whole time, but I haven't been discriminating  ;).  The result so far has been that I've fallen asleep twice in-between my splurges (which doesn't usually happen), and while I've been pretty damn full for a while now, I haven't felt sick at all (which sometimes does happen).  I've still got another 2 1/2 hours to go so I think there's more time for another nap and more ice cream to go with the molasses cookies I'm about to make.  There's got to be room in my stomach somewhere.By the way, sorry I seem to have turned this into a thread where I just list the crap I'm stuffing my face with.
