I am doing CBL and am resistance training 4 nights a week with heavy volume.  Doing a Horizontal Pulling, Horizontal Pressing, Vertical Pull/ Push, and a Quad Dominant workout split.  Its higher in volume and the workouts are pretty fast paced.  How extreme can I be said to go on my backloads.  I usually only have time for 1 or 2 meals pre bed.  I have been slamming high glycemic carbs and eating good protein sources while limiting fats in these meals.  I believe I have been eating too many carbs, but won't theu just get burned off and not stored as fat?

How much does your BW compare to the charts in the book? If you do not have a lot of muscle mass, do not expect to eat a lot of carbs. A max amount would be 2g/LBM, as staters and adjust from there.
