how long can i go on carb nite ?? is it normally to be on cns for a long time ?

It's meant to be 6 months but I think keifer has changed his stance and you can go over 6 months. Depending on how much progress you made on CNS you could then switch to CBL. Bal

As long as you like. Until the goal is reached. I mean it shouldn't be consider a diet but a lifestyle change.
