How long does it take to gain access to the eBook for download?

I just received an email 30 minutes ago. Should be able to download the ebook now, thanks Kiefer.

Hey all,Our apologies for the delay in responses. We have a massive amount of emails to sift through and more and more come in everyday. I've been spending a few hours the past few days going through messages that were neglected for months by someone who's no longer with DH (and this is one of the reason's why).
