I do the 2:4 type HITT recommended in the CBL book for SA after hitting the weights I tried before but it takes a lot out of me and I couldn't give 100% on those compound complex movements if I do cardio before. Anyway should I wait 1 full hour after Cardio to drink PWO shake or should I still go off of my weight lifting workout?
I would wait the hour after still. I would also suggest you read the Anabolic Cardio Article off of the Athlete.io site first. Get an idea of how to structure HIIT with training.
