TCBParticipantFor an extremely rough answer, this will tell you as well as any of us could guess:http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/However, you'll likely find that number to not work well, and you'll have to tweak up/down and make informed decisions based upon how your own body is reacting. Two suggestions to get a procedure a little more precise:Pickup "The Renaissance Diet" eBook, orHire a coach to handle your diet.

Nicholas AlonzoParticipantHow long have you been training?
About 3 years been up and down with my training O.o Last year I was kinda chubby a little over 20% body fat but I could deadlift 300lbs, bench 200lbs, and squat 250lbs( for reps not maxes). Tried manipulating my Carbs Now I'm leaner 14.5% body fat but my lifts have dropped quite a bit

ARMANDO R QUINTAL-SParticipantIf you want to drop body fat then you should be in a caloric deficit, find out your TDEE from IIFYM.COM and then subtract 500, and whatever it gives you out calculate your backloading pre carb macros and backload macros using the chart in the book.
