I finished my prep phase and I am just into my 3 day of carb backloading. I have 6 cans of Carb Shock and curious how many carbs should I be taking in during my 4 hour evening window? I am 6' 240lbs, 20%bf and I am trying for the Density Bulking.
Charts in the book show the max amount (to your bodyweight/muscle mass) that your body could possibly store. Ben Pakulski's podcast with Kiefer mentions 1-2g/LBM
