Maybe but trust me if you have a PWO shake with 60g Dextrose and 20g protein you know you have started your carb nite - what a rush!

No doubt, thats deff a good choice to start but Id rather some candy or a box of cereal, or maybe all 3... I especially love the looks I get in the locker room when im sitting there pounding a shake and dumping bags of sourpatch kids down my throat

FairyGuestWell my first carb nite is going to fall on my birthday, so why not go big, right?! If that doesn't seem to work. I'll clean it up for my next one. I've lost about 17 pounds in the past 7 weeks with strict paleo. I'd like to lose another 30 to get to my first goal weight. However, I'm in no rush. A constant decline on the scale and/or body fat %, even if it's small, is all I want.
Just a warning: you may feel terrible when you suddenly eat a load of junk after being paleo for 7 weeks!

PaleoNinjaGuestI know I'm probably going to feel horrible. I've been paleo for the past 3 years, just not consistently as strict as I am now, so I know how it feels when I fall off. Oh well… gotta live a little here and there.

Scope75GuestFor shits and giggles I started tomdoma rough carb count for tomorrow's CN and I figured I'd keep it between 4-600 but that isn't shit…I'll be closer to 800 if not more grams of carbs. Gonna be a good night!!!!

Me too. I added up a few more items and I'll probably hit 1k before the night is over. LolTo big or go home!!I plan to stop eating tonight at 9-10 and eat my first meal tomorrow at 10am 1/2 pound bacon and 4 eggs, then I won't eat again until after I lift then it'll be on like donkey kong!!Pre workout I will have 20oz coffee with 2tbs CO. Post workout will be 40-50g hydro whey, and 3-4 servings of fruity pebbles in fat free milk. Then I'll eat a chicken breast or 2 with a GF waffle with real maple syrup. Then I'll start making my fruity and coco pebble treats and start to eat them as soon as they cool a little. Probably drink a protein shake along with them. Pre bed may be a waffle and syrup!!What do you guys and gals think about that CarbNite plan?
