How much cardio should I do?

    Every Saturday morning me and a group of friends push a prowler around a big open parking lot.We usually start with pushing low weight (135-225lbs) about 40-60 yards and work our way up.Last Saturday we got up to 666 lbs. Aka the perfect weight. I don't know if this would technically be considered HIIT but I think its a great alternative to jogging or any other kind of bullshit cardio.
