Hi guys, I wondered if 30 g of fat is too much for the first meal after the PWO shake? Reason being, I'm having my first meal at a restaurant with friends tomorrow night. It is also my carb nite. Looking at the menu and what I like to order, it will total roughly be at 30g of fat. Will this be Ok? Later I will get into some waffles and ice cream.Any thoughts/comments are welcome!

Afaik you should start your CN with a low fat meal and after that you shouldn't worry that much about fat anymore.Meh, if it's just once and not always then I wouldn't worry too much. Remember, live a little.

YOu should be fine, mate.  If anything add a little Dex/WaxyMaize to your PWO shake if it's available to get some non-fat nutrition.  honestly though you should be ok.

I still eat fat in my first meal – nachos/pizza/whatever….it's something that wasn't an issue on the first version of CBL. Maybe it's not ideal anymore but I think for a CN you have more liberty. I also thought when this was brought up it was more for CBL not CNS…could be totally wrong though. So far so good for me.
