I remember hearing/reading that you should eat at least 15% of your calories from Fat or risk messing up your T levels and that eating about 30% of your calories from Fat will peak your Testosterone levels.  I'm just wondering is this based off of ones maintenance calories? If one was to run at a 500 calorie deficit then the percentage would obviously go up am I correct? Or is there some target amount of Fat that you should try to compared to your body weight like .5 grams per lb. I ask cause I am running a 500 calorie deficit right now which puts me at about 2000 calories a day and I'm experimenting with different Macro breakdowns.Currently trying 30% fat 35% protein and 35% carbs

It's probably best to avoid going below .4g per lbs. You can push it down to about 35g but you wouldn't want to stay there long.

That's pretty much what I've heard, however, this is assuming you are eating carbs.  If you are ULC, I'd set that minimum to .5 g/lb.
