I generally avoidall whey shakes and foods on ULC (except for cottage cheese which has trace whey), however I do like whey shakes PWO along with my Leucine and BCAA. They are my major source of protein on BL nights, but is it o.k to have 80+ grams per day?
80g of whey daily is a lot,Evn if you manage to have 40g whey on your PWo, you need 40 more,If you are density bulking i think it inst that big of a number,In my case i get 20g of it on my Ignitor shake when i have it, plus 10g on my Sustainer Shake and 20g on my PWO,I could put 20g more 30 minutes before my 2nd feed of carbs, but thats in DB,In CBL SA i think its a high number
