This weekend there is a popular religious festivity in my country in which the close a large freeway in order for people to be able to march/walk/bike ride to a special church which holds the festivity. It is pretty popular to bike ride the whole way in groups from my city. This lasts about 8-10 hours back and forth, beginning at around 8 pm. It includes many hills.I'm tempted to go, but I haven't ridden long distances in a while, nor during the whole night, I'm more geared towards resistance training these days.Would you do the whole thing on an ULC day or a CBL day? How would you approach this epic journey?

I would not do ULC with endurance type stuff for that long. I would sip on water with a liquid carb (dextrose) & electrolytes for the duration.

    I'd approach an all-night bike ride with a motorbike… 😀

If a chick told me about an “All Night Bike Ride” and she actually showed up with a bike….I would be pissed.

I did an all day bike ride once for charity. Man was that stupid. My butt hurt for a week.
