Hinesketchup1993MemberI eat about 4 eggs 2 hours after waking up. then around 1-2 o clock I eat two hamburger patties that have 25g of protein each. then around 3 I eat another. than around 4 Ill have my last patty. at 5 I workout out (usually ending at 6). I then wait 15 min and drink a tall protein shake (GNC Beyond Raw: Rebuilt Mass) (60g). Then after that I usually have 1 carb meal (sonics or box of turnover's) I then snack on debbie cakes till 10:30. At 10:30 ill eat a protien bar (30g) and a glass of milk and stop eating at 11 till the next day. My 2 concerns:What is another way of getting protein? I fear eating 2 many patties will kill me. Im tired of grilled chicken breast though. Patties are so much easier to eat; theyre small and packed full of protein. BTW I grill them with a George Forman electric Grill.Is this a good CBL:SA schedule? Im trying to gain 2 inches of muscle everywhere and lose bodyfat.I workout 5 days a week. sat and sun are my rest days. Anyway you recommend I tweak this for maximum benifits? Ive also been taking Super HD fat burner by cellucor twice a day...this good?OH! and I weight 214lbs. I get close to 230g of protein a day. I eat 20 eggs (at least), 3 1/2 scoops of whey in a given training day, 5 oz. of cheese + peripheral protein from veggies. All over the course of a given day.Yes, I am Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian. Been lifting for years, w/ decent size.I am still alive. 😉Cory

Brandon D ChristParticipantYour meat choices are fine. Eat more patties and add in some protein shakes or more meat in the backload. I was able to get in 275 g of protein in daily when I weighed 160 lbs, sure you can get in 220 g. However since you aren't bulking all you really need is .8 g/lb, which is 175 g of protein.

And those people don't know what they are talking about. There is nothing wrong with red meat, as matter of fact it is the healthiest choice when it comes to meat because it has the least inflammatory fatty acid profile, unlike chicken and turkey. I highly recommend you read The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf if you need more convincing on this topic. Also you are not bulking, unless you plan on increasing your scale weight by 10% or more.

FairyGuestYour brain is 25% cholesterol, you would be dead without it. The idea that cholesterol is bad for you is a myth. Trans fats and vegetable oils are bad for you.

Right now, I'm 214lbs and bout. 19% bodyfat. I used to be 11% but I DB'd wrong.. I guess O.o Once again.. my goal is to gain 2 inches of muscle everywhere and finally reveal my abs. At your bodyfat percentage you should be looking to drop fat not "bulk". I would go with SA until you get down to a better bf% for bulking. Around 10-12 should do.

SA - puts on a bit of muscle and drops fat, allows decent strength gainsDB - puts on a lot of muscle, but doesn't drop fat, allows for big strength gains
