Did his Post Workout drink change from his book CBL 1.0 as well?

Not really, but he did come out with Carb Shock to amplify your PWO Shake.

I'm glad this was brought up. I'd been thinking about how to ask this question for a couple of weeks: What kind of ratio do you use when mixing your PWO shake? Sometimes I'll use decaf coffee, using about 4 cups of water to brew. I'll put all of the powders into a big mason jar, add the coffee, then screw on the cap and shake it until mixed. I've also tried using a blender. However, in both cases, I end up with a huge froth at the top. It seems that quite a bit of the powder will absorb in the froth. Any suggestions on how to avoid this?

What exactly are you asking for Mr Samsa? The PWO Shake or a Sustainer shake? The Intra/Sustainer shake is not a shake to be taken anymore, unless for special circumstances. The PWO Shake should be made with water, not coffee, to avoid the froth you're worried about. (You could use almond or coconut milk) The AM Shake made with coffee can blended up with a blender, or pour the warm coffee over the powder and shaken. The froth may have the powder in it, but I would assume shaking it well might keep it from doing so.

notice "warm" and not "hot" coffee. if you try and shake with hot coffee you'll get a lot of pressure built up. I've had it go "poof" on me before.

I toss in a couple ice cubes in mine before mixing, learned the hard way from this exact experience. hahaha.

You can also freeze whatever container you are putting the coffee in.

I was referring to the PWO shake.I've tried mixing the PWO shake with coffee (decaf), water, and coconut milk on separate occasions. I like the coffee taste the best. I'll give the coconut milk one a try again. Can you go with sweetened coconut milk if you're working out in the evening? Or is that too soon to be ingesting sugars yet? I suppose I'm mixing Dextrose into the shake, so it probably shouldn't matter, right? Also, I'm curious how many cups/oz of water/coconut milk you're mixing the PWO shake with.

It wouldn't hurt (coconut milk), but I would just stick to a shake bottle full of water
