BarlogMemberHey guys, I just started the SWP and I need some help understanding what to do.EX: Thursdays Shoulders and TrisThere are 2 lv03 lv12 lv. 21 lv Xand 1 lv. UAm I supposed to attempt as many as possible? (all level 1s, all level 2s etc.)Or am I supposed to pick only 1 exercise from each level?Also, if I AM supposed to try as many as I can, am I supposed to do it in the order they are written?Or in order of level?Thanks to any one who shares their knowledge (y)

Richard SchmittModeratorNo you do it as written. If you're feeling good, run it again and go higher if you want. If you're feeling like crap don't some of those levels.

BarlogMemberThank you! I think I've got it now, I do each exercise from top to bottom, and skip any that I don't feel up to on a certain day (ie: a level 2 or X)Thanks for the help!

Any general guide lines for the weight increases one should do? I can't download the ebook and haven't found any description of it online.

Kind of trial and error I think depending on your strength level. If you get to your last mini-set (the 5th triple) and you've still got lots of gas in the tank, do a sixth or even a 7th depending on how you feel. Make sure you track what you did, then adjust up or down for the next workout.
