how would i backload if i train from 8-10 pm?645 wake, shower,watch my kids then eat breakfast (eggs with cheese or CNS pancakes).8-9 get on the train fromĀ 9-6 work6-7 train7-8 play with my children 8-930 or sometimes 10 train.11-1130 bedtimewake up and do it all over again.how would i backload on a schedule like this?
Use some extra dextrose and easy to eat foods like whipped potatoes, ice cream, pizza. Foods with higher fat or much easier to eat in large amounts. You can try having a meal prior to training with carbs in it, but you might just have to experiment with that.
