Glad to see you here and good seeing you this past weekend.Snacks:pork rinds,macadamia nuts,homemade beef jerky (grass fed if possible),cheese (but someone posted something about it causing an insulin spike the other day),dried chorizo,salami and cream cheese (but see above),avocados,and my all time favorite Bacon (I eat a package of the uncured stuff a day).You are looking for foods that approach at least equal amounts of fat and protein in grams and if not more fat than protein. Hard to wrap you arms around, but true and essential. You want to try to keep this ratio meal for meal and all day long.
