Hi, I'm Phatty. Or at least I was a fatty 8 months and roughly 70lbs ago. I bought the CNS book a couple weeks ago now. Previously heard about Kiefer via Arnold Schwarzenegger's twitter a good couple months ago. I've been reading the blog posts/forums since I started CNS 4 weeks ago to make sure I was "doing it right". I really like the atmosphere of the forum, the people here seem much more informed than the users on BB.com and I haven't seen any trolling on here yet.

I've been thinking that, but I've used some variation of PhatBoy/Phatty on internet forums for the best part of 5 years now and it's kinda stuck with me. And thanks, I hope to enjoy my stay.
