So i've been CBL for about 4 months now and am loving it…love the mental clarity, performance nad strenght increases, etc.The "Hulk Factor" really amazes me. I believe in one of the BioJacked broadcasts Kiefer mentioned that fasting may "unleash the Hulk" before the workout, and therefore you miss out on the adrenaline rush. I feel that I am not harnessing it correctly, despite eating fat-pro meals in a 50:50 ratio and breaking fasts before or at the 12 hour mark, as suggested. I often feel random, but small, adrenaline rushes during the day now (depends on activity, emotion [rage lol], etc.) and I am not sure I am getting the rush during my workouts, whcih really sucks and is pissing me off that I am not getting these benefits.Does anyone else experience this? Is the adrenaline release really that delicate that even emotion or light physical activity can "rellease the Hulk?"

I find training with a bunch of idiots in the gym gives me the hulk factor. I say to myself “watch and learn”….

I think it might be advantageous to eat another pro/fat meal closer to your workout, perhaps. I know that if I only go with a large meal of bacon and eggs in the morning/early afternoon, 5-6 hrs without eating has me sluggish at times. Also, morning coffee can fatigue me in the afternoon, too, if I've had too many cups and don't workout until 6-7 hrs later. If you're eating within an hour or two before your workout, not sure, maybe coffee an hour before.Anyway, my $.02

Thank you for the reply.I agree with the pro/fat meal closer to training, I feel much much less shaky and honestly my stomach kinda feels weird when I haven't eaten anything in hours (before a late afternon session).I actually do not feel sluggish at all during the day, provided I slept well enough. I gues what I am saying is the adrenaline release that is supposed to occur during the workout is happening during the day, when I don't need it, during times of anger and sometimes light physical exertion (i.e. going up a set of stairs), and therefore I do not think I am getting the strength and performance benefits.Too much caffeine is usually impossible for me, but I can sometime tell when I go overboard that night when my brain feels fried. I have been having roughly 100-300mg caffeine preworkout (I know this is not much) but once I start going in my workout, I feel fine and the extra caffeine is probably unnecessary. Maybe I am just used to the adrenaline rush and it has become "the new normal" but radnomly I will have a workout where I literally feel like the Hulk and nothing can stop me...this frustrates me, as it indicates I am not harnessing it properly which is not helping my performance.

I usually feel a bit shaky when I get home at 5pm.  But a cup of coffee mixed with coconut oil bring me ready to rock in a half hour or so.  You have to keep in mind though that there are 1000s of other external circumstances that effect your hormones throughout the day as well.  Do I feel like the hulk ALL the time pre-WO with this protocol?...no.  But I have consistently brought it out MORE with it vs. not doing it at all.
