robkat89ParticipantHello all CBL faithful, So it has officially been 6 months of following CBL. I have been altering things here and there to get the results that I am after (fat loss/muscle maintenance) I started with around 180g of carbs per backload and i was doing that about 5 days a week, but thought that my carbs were wayyyy too low so i upped it to 250, then upped it to 300 just recently. Along the way I also decided to keep my backloads low fat (around 15-20g of fat). That yielded some god results. As far as the training and backloading goes...i work a very weird schedule so that screws with my sleep schedule and i don't like to backload while working. My schedule is 4 on 4 off, with my 4 on being 2 days and 2 nights 🙁It's a very shitty schedule but i make it work. So i lift on all 4 of my days off and backload those nights. I take my first two days on shift off from lifting, but then on my 2 night shifts i lift during shift to help me stay awake but I don't eat carbs, only ulc. This program I think is going ok, but wondering if anyone could help critique or give me some pointers. Oh and here is my overall comp change since I started in may!

I don't have any input on the whole schedule thing - I think the biggest thing is just figuring out how to make it work; which, by looking at that chart I can tell you've done a great job making it work man. congrats!
