Hey everyone,I was just curious if anyone on CBL takes the recommended 10g hydro and 5g leucine with every carb meal?I haven't been and I've actually only been using whey isolate, leucine and waxy maize PWO. I'm looking into finally getting some hydroslates so I can mirror the Hypertrophic Potentiator a little more accurately. What I would like opinions on is, if you could only choose one, would the 10g hydro+leucine with carb meals be better than adding 25-30g hydro to my PWO? Thank you,
