    when CBL in the evening is it imperative to have the Hypertrophic Potentiator Formula with every meal or will a good source of protien do the job? Also if it is necessary do i take it with or with high GI carbs?

    It is best to get your protein from real meat. If you can't get in your recommended carbs, use protein shakes.

    I think the modifcations for mid-day training say to have half a Hypertrophic shake with every meal

    The depends on your goals. Remember you can always over eat. If you are having trouble getting your recommend amount of protein/carbs feel free to have the shake. Usually what I do is have my meal + junk, then later in the night have the shake. ONLY if i feel like I need it. Once again its a personal thing. If you know you got in the amount of nutrients that you wanted dont do it.

    Also, for your backloads, if you can't find a good piece of meat to have w/ your carbs, have the proteins that comprise a hypertrophic shake w/ extra leucine with the backload to make up for the lack of protein.
