when CBL in the evening is it imperative to have the Hypertrophic Potentiator Formula with every meal or will a good source of protien do the job? Also if it is necessary do i take it with or with high GI carbs?
I think the modifcations for mid-day training say to have half a Hypertrophic shake with every meal
Also, for your backloads, if you can't find a good piece of meat to have w/ your carbs, have the proteins that comprise a hypertrophic shake w/ extra leucine with the backload to make up for the lack of protein.
