Hi,After several months of mostly carb night, I went off the plan for several days, mostly just eating carbs most nights, not working out at all for nearly 3 weeks. Today, I started CBL again, and after my first workout, then CarbUp, I felt super weak, shaky and exhausted. I've eaten this amount of food regularly in the past few weeks with no such effect. The only difference is that this time, its been done POST workout, after perhaps 48 hours without carbs.Is it hypoglycemia? Is it because the high insulin shuttled the carbs to my muscles post workout, leaving me in this really odd state of having LOW blood sugar, right after slamming the carbs for an hour?Just curious for an explanation.Thanks,
