I have been doing CNS for about 5 months now and was doing low-carb (atkins) for about 2 years before that.  I think that I have had pretty good results with CNS up to this point.  Lost about 15 pounds and close to 18 inches, but for the last month (just over 4 weeks now) I have been stuck at the exact same weight, down to the ounce.  I don't only count on the scale, as having lost A LOT of weight over the last several years I know it does not show all progress.  But in this last month, I also only lost about 2 inches where in previous months it has been much more then that.I work out 6 nights a week with weights and do cardio about 2-3 times per week, mainly HIIT or just a steady pace walking at the park.My macros are VERY consistent and I track everything:ULC days = approx. 1600-1800 cals/7-9 net carbs/150 fat/70-80 proteinCN's = approx. 2200 cals/350 carbs/50-70 fat/90-100 proteinI did take a weekend off the diet recently to see if maybe I needed to "reset" or something - 3 days of pretty much eating what I wanted when I wanted.  Gained about 6 pounds and then all that came off in about 3 days and was back to same point that I had been stuck at and have just stayed there.Does anyone have any suggestions of something I can tweak?  I know in the update video (which is no longer available) I remembered him saying to drop protein and increase fat.  My fat is already pretty high (I think) - should I maybe drop protein even lower, like to the 50's?  Just not really sure what else I should be trying and getting frustrated  🙁 Thanks for any input you can give

35 years old - 158.4 pounds - I had body fat tested in July and have not been able to re-check but then it was 32% (i know high lol) yes I did the reorientation after the binge, lost all the weight from that and got back to the stuck weight and have just stayed there

Have you tried altering your fat:protein? right now your intaking 2x the fat than protein per gram. Easier to get away with when your higher BF. Based off your reported loss you have certainly dropped BF. Try cutting back that fat some. 1:1 by gram at least, and see how you feel..

Yeah, I was at a closer ratio for a bit, but then upped the fat when I started stalling.  Have been at the higher fat for quite a while now - think I should drop it back down?

The only thing you can do is try. But thats what I would do.

I'm 8 months in. Had very good results, but sometimes you stall. Sometimes you don't actually need to change it up, you just need to keep going. I've changed this and that, but I have a feeling that just sticking to it works. Sometimes you can have a month where you don't change much, then you'll start to move again.
