mabalkcomMemberEverybody is different.. it took me about a month of shifting and experiment to “get it right” youll know by feel ulc days Ill eat when hungry till satisfied.. I feel its realy more simple and effective to listen to your body… for me every backload is different in terms of macros and cals… spend time learning to judge how you feel.. ive pretty much got mine down to an imperfect but still effective science now after a little learning curve i guess youd call it.. its as easy as this, start somewhere, anywhere! Then begin to adjust day by day according to feel.. shouldnt take long youll find your own little sweet spot.. kiefer says clearly in the book he cant tell people “exactly” what to do.. youve gotta be smart and invest a little time itll balance out

mabalkcomMemberAlso ill ad in that the structure of your diet appears solid, adjust the rest by feel.. the most importand being the backload remember in the book the backload is used for various anabolic triggers associated with various metabolic pathways.. im no scientist, physicist or anything remotely close.. im a warehouse selector for publix.. playing it by feel is turning out for me much better than calculating a bunch of heartache.. just stick to the cbl principles.
