znicolayGuestLeucine is quite easy to find. It's cheap too, or it should be. I currently use Biotest's leucine, but they recently upped the price, so I would recommend this when it's back in stock:http://www.dpsnutrition.net/i/8669/primaforce-l-leucine-500-grams.htmDPS Nutrition is a great site, super low prices and fast shipping. As for the whey proteins, check out Protein Factory. They allow you to buy the exact proteins you need and even to mix a blend. Here is their whey page:http://proteinfactory.com/shop/whey-protein/

omar57ParticipantI WOULD JUST GO WITH A SIMPLE BCAA PRODUCT, PERSONALLY I LIKE THIS STUFF CALLED RECVERPRO IT HAS A 4:1:1 RATIO OF ALL THREE BCAA'S WITH LEUCINE BEING THE TOP DAWG AT 4G. AS FOR HYDROLYSATES, YES HYDRO WHEY IS A DECENT CHOICE BUT YOU CAN PURCHASE BETTER ONES, MY FAVORITES ARE IS0-100 BY DYMATIZE AND HYDROBOLIC FX BY MUSCLE FX. BOTH OF THESE HAVE 0 CARBS IN THEM AS WELL.

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorOmar is right. You can do just fine with a good WPI, but I'd suggest just a luecine instead of BCAA, mostly because it's much cheaper. It might not be optimal, but it's still damn good.

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorBackload on workout nights.Eat ULC on off days.Basic Supps are Whey isolate, creatine, luecine, and dextrose. You don't need to worry about casein right now.Foods to eat, white foods. (Rice, potatoes) sweet potatoes, dextrose, white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour.Avoid things like oatmeal and brown rice.
