I am now starting my 4th week on Carb Nite and have dropperd 8 LBS but wondering if its better for me to try and eat foods that are low carb and low in fat or do I need some fat for the diet to work? and also some meal ideas to make it easier to have different options to eat.
1:1 in grams for fats and proteins each meal whole food meal. You can have forms of fat in the day if needed. You want to strive for 0g of carbs each day not introduce low carb foods.
