Ice Baths

    I just started my first CBL about two weeks ago. I'm wanting to start to ice baths again for cold conditioning, but don't know if it would interfere with the CBL process. Would it be best to implement in the morning or evening?

    You can do it. I'd do it at night, it has some sleeping benefits.

    Do it anytime.  I actually would do it at night like what Trevor said.  Since it also has anti-inflammatory properties, it will help with recovery.
