Sorry if this has been addressed, but looking for advice for the best type of weight training while on CNS. At this time, I'm seeking max fat loss and muscle preservation. I'm thinking with the lack of carbs that high volume regimens probably won't be ideal, but I'm not really sure.Any advice on heavy vs. light, volume etc. much appreciated.
Full body split 3-4x a week nothing too demanding. Shockwave is another great one. Heavy would be working with 70-85% of your 1RM including 90-95% light would be taking the weight almost to failure. In my opinion. Volume I would keep to 4-6 movements depending on how you feel and what you're working on.
