Hey there,just bought the cbl-book yesterday and have been experimenting with the concept for about two months now. I haven't got it it right yet, so i added 2% of body fat.Any way I was intermittent fasting for the last three years and had some good results with it, but CBL gives me more freedom and more joyious food moments.Glad to be here, looking forward to the discussions and learning more about CBL.Cheers!
