Thats my 3.5yr old's Go-TO carb meal as well 😉Chocolate peanut butter ANYTHING!! I could take a bath in chocolate and peanut butter and wash myself with peanuts and pretzels and float on a huge hot gooey chocolatey cookie.

John LaPlaca JrMemberIf you were allowed one food (carbs or no carbs) that you could eat as much as you liked, what would it be?For me it would have to be a toss up between Chicken Tikka Massala and real, home-made genuine lasagne. I am going to see if I can start working on variations of some dishes to make them ULC - throw some ideas into the pot below if you like 🙂
It's really hard to say... On ULC days I enjoy bacon, steaks, and blue cheese the most and on Carb nites nothing tastes as good as it used to prior to this diet. I haven't had any beer or alcohol since being on Carb Nite so I would pick being able to drink as much beer on a CN without it having negative effects lol. Odds are I probably won't enjoy drinking beer as much as I used too next time I decide to take a drink lol.

GonnaBeGiantMemberI miss mixing my chocolate protein with strwberry karbolyn (TASTE AMZAING) after every workout. This doesn't sound as amazing as some of the other things being posted but it's the little things I miss the most on ULC days, I could care less about the pastries and fried foods since they weren't part of my diet berfore starting CN. I plan on still having the shake at the beginning of my first CN and the ones following!! I'm so stoked for this prep phase to be over LOL. Sure do love bacon and eggs every morning, so thats a huge plus!

neverComplacent88ParticipantBEER.I feel like I can have pretty much anything I could ever want at some point during the week on this diet, so cheating isn't all that appealing. I would love to be guilt-free while out socializing, however.

I agree. Though beer makes me sick, I absolutely love it.
