maxwkwMemberIgf-1 isn't a supplement. It's a peptide and is only sold for research purposes. Furthermore if you haven't really done your research you don't have any business using it.

I have done a lot of research and was trying to get some advice from people that have taking it already. As on what their recommendations would be.

I thought the IGF for muscle growth was the IGF-LR3 ? I think it's the one administered preworkout or post workout to rush nutrients site-specifically if i'm not mistaken. to be honest "the good shit" as mark bell calls it is probably around the same price if you are getting legit IGF and not B.s. just a thought

Is the spray a waste of money and not effective? Do you have to inject it for best results?

Big_RParticipanti dunno really – i would assume it was junk though in my experience. Like the hcg drops vs the actual injectible HCG - i know that's a completely different ball-game but the concept is kind the same to me. but hey, you can be the first guinea pig to try it LOL

x2. No hating, but this question also shows how much "research" was done. IGF-1 is a very powerful drug, usually used in combination with hGH and steroids. You could probably use it alone though. The problem is, that it will very likely be bunk, and it needs to be shipped properly. AFAIK a prominent IFBB pro who will probably do a comeback this year at the Master's Olympia lately endorsed a site that sold these research chemicals.
