New to CBL completely, and pretty much new to nutrition in relation to fitness. Played college football, so I've been used to just eating what's been put in front of my face. I'm working my way through the book now, and browsing around the forums, just trying to sponge up all of this great info! Loving the read so far, really enjoy getting to know the science and reasoning behind what's going on.Stats:Age - 25Height - 6'4"Weight - 260 (Goal 242)BF% - 15-20% ??Approach: CBL, Strength AccumulationTraining: Powerlifting & StrongmanI'm currently trying to get together my macros too, and putting together a schedule for ULC days and CBL days. I train Mon, Wed, Fri in the optimal time window, and then Saturday mornings. I'm still a little confused as to when I should be doing my CBL nights, the day of heavy training or the night before? Also, should I just follow the schedule for my Saturday morning training that's in the book?
