So I'll be gone for just about 2 weeks in puerto rico. I won't have access to weights at all and I'm wondering what kind of workout routine I can do to try and at least maintain strenght/muscle. I'm sure I can improvise some weights from cement blocks etc. It's a poor town where my grandma lives.I'm also going to have to ditch the carb backloading for that time as there's no way I can stay carb free until work out there. The only other option I can see is maybe trying to keep carbs below 100? but I doubt that would work.Any tips? I'm 192 pounds, 5'11" and 14% bodyfat according to my omron device ( I think this is bullshit, i feel like im 20% bodyfat)
there's a book called “You are your Own Gym” with some great bodyweight only routines.. you could also search around the web as there are many examples of routines you can do just using your own bodyweight
enjoy it, forget about ur diet, your holiday wont be waiting for you when you get home just go there with no regrets, u can always jump back on the train when you get back diet is forever, holidays arnt
Thanks for the replies I think I was way over thinking all this. I guess it's because I just got started with cbl and saw how good it is fitting with my lifestyle. I'm just going to try not to go too crazy with the carbs and sweat where I can.
Do what makes you comfortable and you can always run the prep phase when you returnIf in doubt ask how many years you weren't running the protocol and you're still alive 😉
