I noticed that my weight loss has started to slow and the only difference I can tell is that I started to incorporate sucralose into my diet more. Before the only sucralose I was getting was from my PWO shake. Now I get it every morning in my coffee to add sweetness and then On these almonds that I buy. I'll give it until this carb night and if I haven't gone below 242 then I am going straight natural with all my food for a month except on carb night. It is either that or not going to the gym has caused the stall.
Id say probably yes. I myself am VERY sensitive to anything artificially sweetened. Ive put “FlavDrops” in my AM Shake sometimes. I only used 3 or 4 drops and i stalled. When i completely cut the stuff my diet progressed again.

That's what seems to be happening to me. Hmmmmm...After this carb nite I'll cut it all out.
