If you can't do wheat look for rice or possible corn cereals. There are plenty.

CBachelor17MemberGo to the thread “my favorite meal to start CN” or something along those lines. We talked about recipes and such to start or eat during CN. I posted a Gluten/Fat Free Pizza that I love and make frequently. The only fat in it was from turkey pepperoni. So theres your pizza. I frequently enjoy ice cream from Bryers Fat Free. I actually find there FF flavors are better and creamier than there traditional ice cream. Still sticking to mainly “clean” sources like flours, rices, starches is going to be better. But when you feel like eating some sweets or junky foods, making your own will allow you to have a them being made up of better ingredients. And then there are always sources like FF Ice Cream, Shortbread, etc.

breenhouseMemberI'm only 21 so I supposedly could do this sort of thing. But if you're in the gym 6 or 7 times a week, as a natural, you're bullshitting. If you're training properly with high intensity, you shouldn't need to be in there 6-7 times a week.
I probably shouldn't have been so blunt. I guess I'm a minimalist and my philosophy involves reaping the greatest reward for the least time involved. When i'm in the gym, I make it count.
Tell that to Olympic weightlifters, who train twice a day, and upwards of 6 days a week. Trevor is exactly right. It's dependent on your goals and training style. But also on your recovery abilities (both your genetic/epigenetic ability, and external qualifiers like work/school/sleep). If you can train more, and still recover, you're going to make more gains. Period.
Apologies guys I won't be so close-minded in future, I understand everyone has different circumstances/commitments etc. I am of the opinion though that some lifters are in the gym far more than they actually need to be.Olympic weightlifters. I think it goes without saying HOW they are able to train like that.

YES. It should be renamed from AM Accelerator to BM Accelerator. If you take the shake half an hour or so pre-workout you should be able to 'take care of business' before you get into your workout. For obvious reasons that would be a good idea before you knock out heavy squats/deads haha. I want to specifically apologise for my previous comment to yourself. I honestly thought that was a troll attempt. But the others in this thread have given you some solid advice. Best of luck my friend.

CBachelor17MemberI personally dont do any Pre-Workout shake. I take a caffeine based supplement 30 minutes pre. And have a ULC Protein/Fat meal 2-3 hours before.

I feel and energy boost and I do feel some strength endurance boost.

breenhouseMemberFor me it's just an energy boost. Usually because I would have had my last meal 2-3 hours prior and I'm starting to get hungry again. The Ignition shake puts off my hunger for the duration of my workout.
