Hi! I was in a car accident this past Tuesday and ended up with bruised (possibly cracked) ribs. I can barely lift myself out of bed, never mind lift weights! Any suggestions of what I can do to build, or at least not lose, muscle while I'm healing?Thanks!
CNS. Eat enough fats and protein. Just eat to recover. Sorry about your situation
Thanks! I am on CNS, although find it more of a struggle to keep to these days. I am also on and off with my training and was just getting back into a routine so am really disappointed about this set-back. 🙁
Yea just eat enough- I hate to tell you but you will loose muscle mass (how much depends on diet and how much you have) no matter what if your out of commission for an extended period of time. Get well soon!
