Hi…I am on day 10 of my prep phase although I haven't lost myth weight, my bf % has somewhat plummeted. Now to about 4-5%. I was around 10% to begin with. I have had a disc relapse from an old injury and can barely move so no training for a while. 🙁 Can anyone suggest as at as diet is concerned what i should do now...as for no training I am very lethargic due to the injury...should I switch back to my conventional diet or keep ULC meals...Thanks for the help,M 🙂
