Hey guys Im looking for some research on how eating carbs raises insulin which causes the body to store fat... or if someone could explain the process that eating carbs all days isnt the best way to lose weight and how it affects the body. And also if theres any other reasons to not eat carbs and how to counter any objections people have with saying you need carbs. I get this alot at work and they see me eating all this butter and i try explain but they dont seem to believe me. I just want to clearly communicate what exactly im doing and how and why it works so well. Hope this make sense, appreciate your help! Chris
