Should they be avoided PWO, in the morning, both, or neither?Would be interested, in your thought process, even if the effect were minimal
Worrying about stuff like ACV and cinnamon is useless, most of the time we either wont be using near enough or even the correct kind to have a decent effect.Now when you get into things like ALA, there might be some talk. I tend to do 1g at the start of my backload and 1g at the end, I find my digestion is better and I feel better over all while doing this. Can I say rather it has changed my results I don't know, but making me more comfortable is more important.
