It's come up on the boards a few times, but never really been answered. What are the notions on natural chemicals that *increase* sensitivity. For example cinnamon or vinegar. Should they be avoided PWO, in the morning, both, or neither?Would be interested, in your thought process, even if the effect were minimal 🙂
Worrying about stuff like ACV and cinnamon is useless, most of the time we either wont be using near enough or even the correct kind to have a decent effect.Now when you get into things like ALA, there might be some talk. I tend to do 1g at the start of my backload and 1g at the end, I find my digestion is better and I feel better over all while doing this. Can I say rather it has changed my results I don't know, but making me more comfortable is more important.
