following problem : I am going to hit the gym in 1 1/2 hours (it’s 6pm in my country then). I have been following CBL and CN since 2012. However, right now is the first time I do not have any hydrolysates/isolates/whey to consume after the 1 hour window postworkout. So, my question is, how can I spike my insulin levels to its peak without hydro, isos or normal whey. Usually I use 20-30g hydrolysate + 20g casein + 5g leucine and creatine to spike it. I’ve got only casein and leucin at home today, because I am waiting for my supps to arrive. Help me. Should I use skimmed milk instead of the hydro/iso? Or yoghurt? Something insulinogenic like this?
